MGB IVA CALABARZON YEAR END ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT CY 2011

The CALABARZON REGION of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau has implemented programs, activities, and projects (PAPs) that can provide goods and services to its external clients. The goods and services provided by the MGB to its target clientele resulting from the implementation of its core functions and activities are called Major Final Outputs.

The programs and activities, which are both regulatory and developmental, address the issues and concerns confronting the Bureau in Region IV-A and anchored on DENR Secretary's priority thrusts focusing on responsible mining and sustainable development.

It is my pride and honor to present the accomplishment of MGB IV-A (CALABARZON) for year 2011, notwithstanding the political, economic and social problems, MGB IVA personnel was able to accomplish its set targets for the MFOs performance indicators, the attainment of which can be attributed to the unwavering dedication and teamwork of its personnel in the Regional Office.  As such, I would like to express my appreciation to my fellow employee and family in Mines and Geosciences Bureau IV-A, CALABARZON Region who have done their share in accomplishing the goals/ targets on the first day of the calendar year.

While these accomplishments feature CALABARZON REGION at work, we will not sit on its laurels, CALABARZON REGION shall keep on moving forward to brave the challenges in store for CY 2012 and so forth.
